JOB ROLE

1. To efficiently and effectively fill open position


2. To develop Recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative Recruiting ideas


3. To build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of clients recruitment needs and requirements


4. Responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to vacant positions with client companies


5. Identifying potential hires in interviewing and evaluating candidates


6. Placing job ads in various online channels, evaluating applications and providing shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria


7. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates


8. Test applicants and extend Job Offers
